Infrastructure Subcontractors: Information is processed using our underlying cloud infrastructure (Frekis Cloud) under strict security mandates.
Legal Compliance: Disclosure required by law, court orders, or supervisory regulatory bodies.
Encryption: All data in transit and at rest is secured using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS, TLS, and tokenization).
Role-Based Access: Our software allows merchants to partition access for employees.
