These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the business management and payment facilitation services provided by ATZpay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use ATZpay services solely for lawful commercial and business purposes. Any misuse, attempt to circumvent security protocols, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to our infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities conducted through your account. ATZpay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of our acceptable use policies.
While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. System maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary outages. We will endeavor to provide notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
All software, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation provided by ATZpay are the exclusive property of ATZpay or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform solely for the purpose of managing your business operations and facilitating transactions as intended.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data collection and processing practices as detailed therein.
ATZpay provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATZpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Our total liability for any claims shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the preceding three-month period.
ATZpay acts as a platform to facilitate business management and payment processing. Please note that ATZpay is not a licensed financial institution or payment processor. We integrate with third-party payment gateways and financial providers to enable the processing of transactions. Your use of these payment services is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective third-party payment providers. ATZpay is not responsible for the performance, acts, or omissions of these third-party providers.
Refunds for purchases made through the POS application are subject to the respective store’s refund and return policy. As the application acts only as a payment and transaction processing platform, all decisions regarding refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns are made solely by the merchant.
If a refund is approved by the merchant, it will be processed using the original payment method where applicable. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider or bank and may take several business days.
For any refund-related inquiries, customers should contact the store where the purchase was made.
ATZpay reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm.
